You can choose your favorite pouch.
This is the perfect product for me, who is not good at cutting rubber bands.

Simpleshot black .7 bands
Overall after using several different types of bands, I really like the Simpleshot black .7 bands with 3/8" steel shot. I like the durability of these and they really hit hard. It does require getting used to the pull weight but once you get used to them they're great!
Good quality bands
Precut is nice and for the price it's worth getting. Go get the band tying jig and start saving and learning a new skill.
Holy cow can these reach out .
I shoot the target bands, 5/16 in long draw with 9 mm steel. My draw is 45ish inches. Just for fun I extended my range well beyond what I had deemed absurd/impossible. I was actually drilling beer cans at that range. Granted I had to be ridiculously precise with my aim, and I missed more than I hit, bit I was still doing ok. Personally I think it's good practice. It forces you to be very precise, so at reasonable ranges you are an absolute sniper.
