I had high hopes for this slingshot but was disappointed in it the moment I shot it. This slingshot is far better suited for the pinch grip and not the fork supported grip unlike its predecessor the Scout XL V1. Great(5stars) if you use the pinch grip. Not so great (3stars) for fork supported grip. Totaling a fair 4 star review

Not shot it a lot due to rain & cold. I like the new sights & now wish my others had them. I have 3 different ones, sizes and think I like the LT best, just wish it had the sights. I like the smaller frames than the X.

The Scout X is a wonderful slingshot. I shoot predominantly heavy bands and the Scout X allows a firm grip and good leverage to aim heavy bands. The new clips and sights are an added advantage.

One of the best fitting slingshots that I own. Very easy to install bands, optic fiber sighting dots really help- much better than using the corner of the limb. Great slingshot!
