Do bowfishing rules apply to slingbow fishing?

Sep 24, 2021

How should I attach the line to the arrow?

It’s generally understood that when bowfishing, attaching the line to the back of the arrow is not safe. Is that the same with slingbow shooting?

The simple answer is yes.

Always attach your arrow with a slide. Never fix the line to any one point on the arrow at all, let alone the back.

Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions when setting up any bow fishing rig whether with a compound bow or a slingbow. That’s all for this one. Quick and easy.
