Excellent Slingshot
Love the quality and craftsmanship of this design. Haven't figured out how to use the sights yet, but it is very comfortable and shoots flawlessly. Very happy. Highly recommend this slingshot!
I am really enjoying this slingshot!
My overall experience with this slingshot has been great. It's super easy to change the bands and the carbon fiber optics are extremely useful. I'm more of a beginner but I shot slingshots as a child. Now I am 55 and reliving my childhood with a better slingshot. I am nailing cans easily at this point. The one thing that I think would be helpful is if they added some kind of leather wrap for grips. Especially the pinch grip, even if it was just an option that you could purchase. Another thing I think would be really cool is to have anodized screws in various colors such as blue, red or Fowler Orange. It's a beautiful aluminum slingshot and it's just more fun to be able to add different color screws and maybe even micarta or G10 textured scales. People love customization! Hire me! I've got lots of ideas and love your slingshots so far. Thank you for making great products!

The last frame I will ever buy
Like most of us I have a pile of frames. Custom made, cheap, expensive, cool looking ones, they are all there. I know it’s the shooter and the bands but there’s something to be said for a frame that’s comfortable and safe to shoot, well built, and compliments the shooter. For me this is the frame I’ve hoped every one of my frames would be when they showed up. I genuinely have no complaints. I like how the band attachment system is and it’s flush with the frame so nice fit and finish, the handle is large enough but no overly so, the curvature on the forks accepts my grip readily and it’s easy to feel my way to the exact placement position of my fingers, the frame has definitive 90* edges so it’s easy to aim, and for me the biggest one… and I was on the fence about this because I’ve never shot a frame with this wide of forks… I absolutely love the width. Omg I can actually anchor on a comfortable and good spot on my face now which I cannot say for most of the smaller frames. I know that’s a thing that’s person to person but I’m just so so so happy to shoot with this frame and a lot of it is being able to place that pouch a little lower on my face and not fight bone structure in the name of proper alignment. Oh and some may want to know my set up/slingshot use... I shoot targets but it’s only for practice to hunt with my frame. I shoot spruce chickens, ruffed grouse, ptarmigan, and snowshoe hare. .70 sniper sling black - 22/15 taper or ballpark in English 7/8x5/8 and an active band length to suit my draw. 10mm steel/lead. Scout X pro. This is it. This is my forever frame. Thank you to everyone at simple shot.
New Scout X Pro problem solved
My new Scout X Pro was letting the left band slip, and a sharp burr on the fiber optic on the left clip damaged two band sets before I discovered the cause. I replaced both clips with an older pair from another Scout X in my collection, and that solved the problem. No more slippage or band damage. The new Scout X Pro frame fits my hand well and now accommodates heavy hunting bands with ease. It's weight and strength I think contributes to its accuracy. It is the most accurate frame in my collection. I would have given it five stars if not for the defective clip.
Very helpful and the shipping was fast like next day fast. Very nice slingshot solid quality and fun to play with. I will definitely be back
