The outer shaft that you have to pull to release the hex bit, is in my opinion, in the reverse order. Rather than pulling down like a lot of other tools, this shaft pulls up towards the hex bit. This causes a couple issues. First issue is when you try to use it holding the release shaft, when putting a little pressure, the shaft moves up and the hex bit now spins freely, therefore causes the tool to be useless. Second issue, is the awkwardness of taking the hex bit out. Rather the release shaft pulling down and away from the tool so you can use it like a syringe, you’re now forced to find some awkward way to hold the tool in one hand and the other hand to pull the release shaft up and somehow still pull the box bit out. Two star for being a keychain cuteness and somewhat useful, and zero for its implementation.
