First time using this item, I’m impressed with its performance. It is not for every type of ammo especially light ones such as mud balls etc which are lightweight and are OK up to around maximum of 8 to 10 meters . However I generally shoot 8-12mm steel balls to 15 meters and beyond, the Theraband Gold is perfect.
