When do my points expire? (The ones you earn from SimpleShot)
A few months ago we started up a rewards program here at SimpleShot. You earn reward points on every purchase and for some select actions you can take. The question here is when those points expire.
Reward points last an entire year. You can continue to accrue points for 365 days before any start to expire. However. Once you use your reward points, the reward you receive is good for 45 days.
You will receive notifications when your points are about to expire so that you don’t forget about them. And we do recommend not cashing in your reward points until you are ready to use your rewards since rewards only last 45 days after you have cashed in your points.
It’s another way that we say thanks to you, our customer!
