Posted by JoeB on Nov 2nd 2015 I mold 36 cal. & 45 cal. round balls and this band sends them down range with no trouble, I think it will work great for small game. 5 Rock chucker Posted by Unknown on Oct 26th 2015 I received these very promptly, and I was quite pleased with the quality and the fact that it comes in uv resistant bag as well. These are not low budget bands, these are the top of the line, as far as bands go. The people at simple shot are very polite and courteous as well. 4 Linatex is a best that packs a punch Posted by Jeremy aka JTslinger on Sep 23rd 2015 I recently ordered a set of 5/8" straight cut bands as I had heard many good things about Linatex. I left the length as is and attached the bands to a frame I had lying around without bands. I soon realized I didn't have any ammo that was heavy enough for the bands, so I ordered some 1/2" steel. When I was able to take my first few shots with the bands I was immediately aware of the somewhat heavy draw weight of Linatex. The pouch that comes on the bands is a great pouch, but is a little slick when pulling the heavier draw bands. The bands themselves are great for slinging heavy ammo down range either for plinking or hunting. I love the fact that I can leave the frame and bands out and not have to worry to much about the band quality deteriorating due to exposure to the sun or air. 5 Rockchucker working great Posted by Plungerman on Aug 31st 2015 I have good access to nice sized sling shot rocks. These bands and the heavy duty pouch work great. Different feel from theraband and latex, but as advertised, good for firing rocks. 5 outstanding Posted by Court Snider on Jul 27th 2015 3 years ago I carved a slingshot from a star fruit fork - looked on web and found simple shot - I've always been lucky - the bands are perfect 5 Love the Linatex Posted by David on Jul 10th 2015 Got these for heavy ammo and they really fit the bill. When shooting 1/2 steel of .44-.50 lead these bands put the ammo downrange hard. the bands also appear to be extremely durable. Previous Please keep in mind that the slingshot bands are made from a natural material. This means that we have no way of predicting the life of the band. Even the best maintained bands can fail inexplicably or have a short life time. Despite our best efforts, using high quality industry standard materials and testing; approximately 1% of the bands fail early. We do not provide a warranty of any kind on bands.
