Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please login to the account you created on our website.  Select the order containing the items you wish to return and click on 'Return Items'.  We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.  

If you change your mind and want to make a return (no defects or problems with the product), we will receive your return and refund your order according to the following:

  • Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any item (excluding bands, latex, and bandsets) in new condition along with its original packaging and any accessories. 

    A 15% restocking fee will be applied to any return with opened or damaged packaging.

  • If the problem is found to be related to workmanship, the restocking fee will not apply.

  • We do not accept returns on bands, latex, or bandsets.

  • We do not refund any shipping charges or provide prepaid return shipping labels.

  • Do not attempt to disassemble any items. Attempts to change the appearance or function of any item you purchased from us will void the warranty and your right to return the product for a refund.  

  • Items damaged from user abuse or mistakes are not covered by our 30 day money back guarantee.

  • If you just want to exchange an item, please indicate that in the space available at the bottom of your invoice.

  • All exchanges and refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 days from the moment we receive all items back.

  • Log in to your account to request a return authorization.  

  • Any items that are returned to us without a return authorization will not receive a refund.

  • Please write the reason for your return and your phone number in the space available at the bottom of your invoice along with the return authorization number. Keep a copy of the invoice for your records.

  • Please insure your parcel and select a shipping service that provides for door to door tracking.  SimpleShot will not be held liable for returns lost in transit.

  • SimpleShot is not responsible for any issues related to shipping or delivery including but not limited to stolen, lost, or mis-delivered packages.

  • SimpleShot provides shipping insurance through Route to insure the shipping process. Customer must purchase Route Protection to receive a refund or replacement for items lost, stolen, missing or damaged in shipping.

Please keep your tracking number for reference. SimpleShot will not be held responsible for missing packages without a valid tracking number.

 

Route Protect Shipping Insurance

Protection for all shipping-related issues (for example: loss, damage or theft) is provided through Route, a third-party, paid shipping protection plan.

Buyers are responsible to purchase Route Protect to receive a refund or replacement for items lost, stolen, or damaged in shipping. SimpleShot is not responsible for losses or damages resulting from the shipping carrier. All claims MUST be placed with Route Protect (if purchased) who will refund or replace losses from shipping.

If Route Protect is declined at the time of purchase it cannot be added after the purchase is complete, and the customer assumes all liability for the shipment.
