Powder Ball Ammo

.68 caliber ammo filled with talcum powder.  A great way to introduce beginners or just for fun.  We like to use the powder balls as the target...such a satisfying explosion when hit!  Sold in poly bottles, approximately 52 powderballs per container.

    Chalk Ball Ammo

This ammo is to fun to shoot. I use them as targets also. When my nephew's come to visit, that's all they want to shoot. Lol . Just another great product from Simple-Shot. I would recommend them to everyone!!!!!

    Good for first timers

I bought two bottles of this ammo with the intention of practicing before trying steel ammo. These chalk balls disintegrate on impact and there is nothing to lose. I am noticing that these are lighter than normal ammo and have a tendency to spin when released. That give them a slight curving trajectory. They have slight dimples like a golf ball. They travel straight with a perfect release. I am pleased with practicing with these until I make a catch box and move to steel ammo.

    Satisfying to shoot

These guys are a ton of fun to shoot. Really satisfying when you see the puff of chalk explode into the air. Also, I can shoot these at the side of my house (with a target of course) and not have to worry about picking stuff up or anything bouncing back because they basically just disintegrate into chalk on contact. Perfect for a beginner like me.

Fun to shoot at solid objects to watch them explode. They have tiny dimples like golf balls but produce very inconsistant flight.

    Fun but too many failures.

These are a little pricey but if you add them on to an order to get to the free shipping threshold then they pay for themselves. My little nephew lives next door and there are lots of other kids in the neighborhood that I've introduced to slingshots and these are GREAT for training. The give visual feedback of hits and any stray shots don't constitute any real danger. The kids really love these BUT with about a 50% failure rate they are too expensive to use. It seems that nearly every other ball exploded on launching. Perhaps it was user error. I probably won't buy any more but I won't discourage anyone else from buying and trying them. Most SimpleShot products are awesome!

    Powder ball

So, I bought these two days before I had ankle surgery, so when they arrived I had to have them sit there starring at and mocking me for 2 more days till I had the go ahead to hobble outside to give them a go. I allotted myself 2 shots due to the bum ankle and snow covered ground, I did not want to chance a reinjury. Needless to say after the first one zipped across my yard and slammed into a brick wall with a loud crack and a plumb of white I giggled like a 3 year old, the 2 shot allotment was out the winder. These are way fun, like I said I was surprised by the smack they send out when they hit, was not expecting that. Also see these as being enjoyable as a target for any shooting weapon, instead of a projectile. Buy'em you wont be disappointed.

    A blast...

These are just a ton of fun to use as ammo for plinking... walking through the woods "stump shooting", or taking long distance shots for fun. A nice puff of dust gives a little satisfaction in a good shot. These just add a little more fun to an already fun sport. Thanks for offering them!

    Very cool targets

If you want to bring your accuracy to the next level I recommend using these as targets. Very easy to see even at 100'. Cool burst of powder when you hit them. I will definitely be getting more very soon.

    Powder Ammo Balls

Fun unique ammo. Basically paint balls filled with a colored powder. I use them as fun targets. Very satisfying to see them explode when they are hit. Also great to use as ammo. Harder she'll then paint balls, with golf ball like dimples to help with aerodynamics. They fly straight with lighter elastic and give a satisfying dusting of powder when the target is hit.
