We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Sorry, we do not ship to Denmark, Brazil, the Netherlands OR the state of New Jersey, for various reasons.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

SimpleShot Shipping Assurance

Protection for all shipping-related issues (for example: loss, damage or theft) is provided with the SimpleShot Assurance paid shipping protection.

Buyers are responsible to purchase SimpleShot Assurance to receive a refund or replacement for items lost, stolen, or damaged in shipping.

 


Shipping FAQs

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, but we do not ship to the following countries due to the high rate of seizures and lost parcels: Denmark, Netherlands.  

  • The buyer is responsible for knowing and abiding by their local laws regarding the products we offer.  
  • The buyer is responsible for any and all customs fees, tariffs, or taxes levied on the import of the products we offer.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

International orders take anywhere from 5 days to five weeks, depending on your location. Some countries are much faster than others at receiving orders. If your order is taking longer than this time period, please check in with your local customs office prior to contacting us.

DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION?

Yes we do.  

You will receive tracking information upon shipment of your order. The tracking information is auto generated by our shipping software. Please give the system time to update when your receive confirmation, it often takes several hours after you have received confirmation for the tracking information to show up in the shipper's system. If you have not received this tracking email, please check your spam folder. 

WHY DO INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ONLY SHOW TRACKING TO A CERTAIN POINT IN THE USA?

Unfortunately, for international orders the only way to insure door to door tracking is to purchase a very expensive shipping option. If you need to be able to track your package from door to door, please contact us prior to placing your order. 

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES?

All USA orders over $20 ($20 for items only, after coupon codes apply) ship FREE. If your order total before shipping is over $20, it ships free in the USA. If you order total is over $20 and you then use a discount code that reduces your order total below $20, you will have access to our carrier calculated shipping.
If you need a specific shipping carrier you will have access to a shipping calculator at checkout. Simply add the items you wish to purchase to your cart and begin the checkout process. You will have the opportunity to see all available shipping rates prior to providing any personal information or completing the order.
 

HOW OFTEN DO YOU SHIP?

We pack orders daily, Monday through Friday, but pickups vary. USPS orders ship daily, but DHL and FedEx are picked up Monday Wednesday Friday. Orders are shipped in the order they are received. Any order received after 10am will snot ship same day, but we always ship as soon as possible. We do not ship on weekends. Due to weekend sales volume, orders placed over the weekend may take a few days longer to be shipped. We know you want your products fast and we ship five days a week in order to get your goods to you as quickly as possible.
 

WHAT SHIPPING SERVICES DO YOU USE?

We ship via United States Postal Service (USPS), FedEx, and DHL (International only)
 

WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS AND LOCAL TAXES?

The buyer is responsible for all local custom fees, taxes, and adherence to local laws regarding the items we offer. We cannot know what your local laws are regarding taxes for importation of items from our site. If you are in doubt, contact your local customs officials.
 

CAN YOU MARK INTERNATIONAL ITEMS AS A 'GIFT'?

No we cannot. Your package will show an exact list of the items you have purchased.
