30-Day Return Policy And Process

  • Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any item (excluding bands, latex, and band sets) in new condition, along with its original packaging and any accessories.
  • Slingshots that have received a fork-hit will NOT be accepted.
  • A 15% restocking fee will be applied to any return with opened or damaged packaging.
  • Under the following circumstances, the restocking fee will not apply:
    • Item not as described
    • Received the wrong item
    • Item defective
  • SimpleShot will do our best to help with lost, damaged, or stolen packages during transit. If you used SimpleShot Assurance, simply follow the instructions here: https://simple-shot.com/pages/file-a-claim
  • We do not accept returns on used bands, used latex, or used band sets. If you need to exchange an unused latex item, please fill out a return request form: https://simple-shot.com/pages/returns. If approved, a refund will be given in the form of a gift card.
  • We do not refund any shipping charges or provide prepaid return shipping labels.
  • Do not attempt to disassemble any items. Attempts to change the appearance or function of any item you purchased from us will void the warranty and your right to return the product for a refund. Items damaged from user abuse or mistakes or noticeably used products are not covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee.
  • All exchanges and refunds will be processed within 2 weeks from the moment we receive all item(s) back.
  • Request a return authorization at https://simple-shot.com/pages/returns . Any items that are returned to us without a return authorization will not receive a refund.
  • Please ensure your parcel and select a shipping service that provides for door to door tracking. SimpleShot will not be held liable for returns lost in transit.

SimpleShot Assurance - Shipping Protection

Protection for all shipping-related issues (for example, loss, damage or theft) is provided through SimpleShot Assurance, a paid shipping protection plan.

Buyers are responsible for purchasing SimpleShot Assurance to receive a refund or replacement for items lost, stolen, or damaged in shipping. SimpleShot will do our best but is ultimately NOT responsible for losses or damages resulting from the shipping carrier.

If SimpleShot Assurance is declined at the time of purchase, it cannot be added after the purchase is complete, and the customer assumes all liability for the shipment.
